These Terms of Service define the general terms and conditions of use www.newsletterit.org and the provision of free services via the website www.newsletterit.org, led by Affee360 sp. z o.o. based in Wroclaw ul. al gen.Józefa Hallera 80/2, 53-324 Wroclaw, NIP: 8943082323, KRS: 0000629810


Website or Service – means web pages, under which the service provider is providing services, operating in a domain www.newsletterit.org
Service Provider – means Affee360 Sp. z o.o. based in Wroclaw ul. al gen.Józefa Hallera 80/2, 53-324 Wroclaw, NIP: 8943082323, KRS: 0000629810.
User – means the entity using the functionality of the Website, for which services are provided by the Service Provider.
Service’s Calculator – an online form that allows the transfer of the Service Provider of any data and custom valuation Newsletter service.
Newsletter Service – chargeable service provided by the Service Provider on separate conditions involving creating and managing newsletter’s campaigns, in particular by sending User’s subscribers emails in order to increase the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

2.The provisions and general rules of use

2.3. The Service Provider declares that the public nature of the Internet and the use of services provided by electronic means may be associated with the threat of obtaining and modifying the data Users by unauthorized persons, so users should use appropriate technical measures to minimize the risks identified above. 3.2. Contact form involves sending messages by using the form available on Website by selecting the appropriate function located on the form.
3.3. Cancellation of Contact form is possible at any time and involves stopping sending queries to the Service Provider.
3.4. Service’s Calculator allows the user to ask questions about the valuation of the services according to his preferences, in particular, which includes:……
Using the Contact Form and the Service’s Calculator User has the ability to query and valuation Newsletter Service, consisting in particular:
– editing the content of commercial,
– automatic sending of commercial information to individual subscribers in the prescribed form and language,
– access to the system, analyzing the results of the ordered Newsletter Service,
– access to the tools to attract new subscribers.
3.5. Newsletter consists of sending by the Service Provider an electronic form containing information about services and products, new products, trends to all users who have subscribed.
3.6. Newsletter can benefit any user, who enters email address via a registration form provided by the Service Provider on the Website.
3.7. Cancellation of the Newsletter is possible at any time by withdrawn from the subscription via the link stated in each e-mail sent to the Newsletter’s users.

4.Privacy Policy and personal data

4.1. The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with the principles set out in the Privacy Policy.

5. Service’s complaints

 5.1. You can file a complaint if the services provided in these Terms of Service are not implemented by the Service Provider or are carried out in violation of the provisions of the Terms of Service.

5.2. The complaint should include:
– User’s identity;
– the subject of the complaint and the period to which the complaint relates;
– circumstances justifying the complaint;
– signature of the User – in the case of complaints submitted in writing.
5.3. If the claim does not meet the formal conditions, referred to above, the Service Provider may leave the claim without consideration or call the User to complete it, no later than 7 days, along with the instruction that in the absence of complement within the time the complaint will be left without recognition.
5.4. The Service Provider may leave the claim without recognition if:
– complaint concerns explained in the Terms of Service, annexes, appendices or help resources available on the Website. In this case, the answer to the complaint contains a reference to the relevant document.
– complaint concerns the question as explained previously in response to a previous notification of complaint given by User. In this case, the answer to the complaint contains a reference to the relevant correspondence.
– the complaint comes from a third party, who does not have the relevant authorization or power of attorney.
– will be made after the lapse of 30 days from the date of disclosure of the reasons for the complaint.
About the exercise of the right to leave the complaint without recognition the Service Provider shall promptly inform the User.
5.5. Complaints addressed to the Service and dedicated to services provided by third parties through the Service, will be devolved by the Service Provider immediately to the competent third party, which is responsible for the implementation of the complaint.
5.6. The Service Provider shall investigate the complaint promptly, but no later than within 14 days of its submission.
Response to the complaint shall provide at its own discretion:
– in writing to the address of the User,
– electronically by the User’s e-mail address,
– by phone.

6. Intellectual property rights

6.1. All intellectual property rights to the Service in particular: the content, word marks and figurative, names, images, graphics, sound effects, information, features and services available on the Service are entitled to only the Service Provider or its partners who donated certain materials Provider to use. 6.2.
